For four unforgettable nights, your floating boutique hotel takes you on a journey through one of France’s most historic and picturesque regions – from the vibrant heart of Paris to the tranquil beauty of Normandy. This cruise blends the sophistication of the city with the serenity of the river, architectural grandeur with natural landscapes, and French joie de vivre with moments of peaceful reflection.

Paris – radiant, cultural, and full of life. Soon after, you reach Poissy, where royal heritage meets modern design. Here, Le Corbusier’s iconic Villa Savoye stands quietly among the greenery, offering a unique blend of history and innovation.

Further downstream lies Rouen, the medieval city of a hundred spires. With its half-timbered houses, cobbled lanes, and the cathedral immortalized by Monet, this city breathes history – from Joan of Arc to the Norman dukes.

In Les Andelys, the river bends to reveal one of the most breathtaking scenes along the Seine. Overlooking the town is the majestic Château Gaillard, once built by Richard the Lionheart. The view from above is nothing short of spectacular – where nature, legend, and beauty intertwine.

Back in Paris, your voyage comes full circle – enriched with memories of graceful riverscapes, historical gems, and the quiet luxury of traveling by water. This is more than a river cruise; it’s a journey through time, elegance, and French soul.

DAY 1: Paris

Paris is still probably the greatest place of longing for travelers from all over the world. And quite rightly so, as no other city in the world is such an epitome of love, seduction, art, culture and cuisine. Paris is the city for the finer things in life. This begins with the beauty of the French capital. The best way to experience it is from the panoramic terraces of the Eiffel Tower or the Montmartre hill. The city on the Seine offers so many beautiful perspectives that you will not be able to decide which way to point your camera first. But even up close, the beauty of the city's sights is hard to beat. The ornate Notre-Dame Cathedral; the mighty Arc de Triomphe; the sprawling Louvre; the magnificent Jardin des Tuileries; the magnificent Opéra Garnier and the impressive Place de la Concorde are just the tip of the iceberg of sights you can marvel at in Paris.

DAY 2: Paris - Les Andelys - Rouen

The city of Rouen is the historic capital of Normandy and is best known for Joan of Arc. In the museum "Joan of Arc"; you can find an insight into her life and her tragic death in Rouen. Also worth seeing are the botanical garden, the cathedral "Notre Dame"; and the monastery "Saint-Georges de Boscherville". Very popular is also a visit to the clock tower in the charming downtown area of the town.

INCLUDED EXCURSIONS:

Les Andelys : Chateau Gaillard & Farm
Enjoy a delightful escape into Normandy’s countryside with this half-day excursion from Les Andelys. Begin with a scenic photo stop at ruin Château Gaillard, the dramatic medieval fortress built by Richard the Lionheart, perched above the Seine River. Take in sweeping views of the valley and the charming town below—perfect for memorable photos.

Continue to the nearby Ferme des Ruelles, a traditional farm known for its sustainable practices that harmoniously combine agriculture and environmental protection. During your visit, you’ll learn about apple orchard cultivation and the production of regional specialties. The experience concludes with a tasting of farm-made products —a true taste of Norman terroir.

DAY 3: Rouen

Les Andelys is a commune in France, located in the Normandy region. The city is divided into a large and small part (Le Petit Andely and Le Grand Andely). At the same time, the small part is located directly on the Seine River. The northern character of the country is also reflected in the architecture of the municipality. This can be seen, for example, in the 13th century Notre-Dame Cathedral. The amusement park Tolysland is popular with young and old.

INCLUDED EXCURSIONS:

Rouen: Walking Tour - Back to the Middle Ages

Step into the heart of the Normandy capital, Rouen — one of Europe’s most beautiful and best-preserved medieval cities, rich in history and atmosphere.

The highlight of this guided walking tour is the magnificent Gothic Cathedral of Rouen, immortalized by Impressionist master Claude Monet in a famous series of 28 paintings capturing the play of light on its façade at different times of day and in changing weather conditions. The cathedral briefly held the title of the world’s tallest building after the addition of its 19th-century spire and is said to house the tomb containing the heart of Richard the Lionheart.

As you continue through Rouen’s maze of winding cobblestone streets, you’ll pass antique shops, stylish boutiques, and countless restaurants showcasing the exceptional cuisine of Normandy — a region famed for its culinary excellence.

A particularly moving stop is the Place du Vieux-Marché, where a large cross marks the very site where Joan of Arc, the Maid of Orléans, was burned at the stake in 1431 for her faith and conviction. It remains one of the most poignant and powerful locations in the city.

This tour offers a compelling blend of art, architecture, and deeply human history — a true journey back through time.
