From Brussels to Amsterdam via Rotterdam and Antwerp, cruise through Belgium and the Netherlands in search of their hidden treasures. Discover the breath-taking beauty of Brussels, the Belgian capital, and the many international organizations at The Hague. Travel to the heart of iconic places such as Volendam, a former fishing village on the Ijsselmeer, and Zaanse Schans.?
DAY 1 : BRUSSELS - AMSTERDAM
Bus transfer from Brussels to Amsterdam. Boarding in Amsterdam between 5.00 and 6.00pm. Settling into your cabin. Welcome cocktail and pre-sentation of the crew in the lounge. Dinner on board followed by a guided tour (optional) of the old town on board a river boat.
DAY 2 : AMSTERDAM
Breakfast on board before spending the morning visiting the city (optional) taking in the famous Dam square, the Royal Palace, the Money Tower, the flower market and the mill on the river Amstel. Call in to watch a diamond cutter at work before returning to the ship for lunch. Enjoy a free afternoon or choose to depart on the excursion to Volendam (optional), an old fishing village on the shore of Ijsselmeer (Lake Ijssel) and Zaanse Schans, a picturesque village which gives its visitors a glimpse of what life used to be like in the Zaan region 150 years ago. Return for dinner on board around 6.00pm. Enjoy a free evening or take a stroll round the Red Light District.
DAY 3 : AMSTERDAM - ROTTERDAM
Optional excursion: Unusual The Hague and its inner courtyards. Departure by coach towards The Hague, the administrative capital of the Netherlands. The charm of the royal city begins in the city center, on the banks of Lake Hofvijver. In its waters, the facades of the parliament, the Binnenhof, are reflected. The city also has little gems, the famous inner courtyards, true havens of peace in the heart of The Hague. You will discover these unusual places with your guide to discover The Hague differently.
Continued sailing to Rotterdam. Lively evening.
DAY 4 : ROTTERDAM - ANTWERP
Day sailing. Free evening in Antwerp or discovery of the old town with the entertainment team. You will see among other things the Butchers' House, the Grand' Place, with its town hall mixing Gothic and Renaissance styles, the impressive Antwerp Cathedral, a stone lace construction for which it took almost two centuries to complete its construction
DAY 5 : ANTWERP - BRUSSELS
Morning sailing to Brussels. In the afternoon, optional excursion: Brussels and visit to a chocolate factory . The visit of the capital of Belgium will begin with a panoramic tour to discover the famous monuments of the city such as the Royal Park of Laeken or the Atomium dating from the Universal Exhibition of 1958. Then you will reach the city center of Brussels to admire the Royal Palace of Brussels, the king's workplace, many Art Nouveau buildings, the buildings of the European Institutions, the Grand Place and the famous Manneken Pis. Stop at a chocolate factory, a true Belgian institution. You will be able to discover the work of the chocolate artisans and taste these sweet flavors.

DAY 6 : BRUSSELS
Breakfast on board. Disembarkation at 9.00am. End of our journey.

DAY 3: ANTWERP - ROTTERDAM
Departure of the boat early in the morning. Breakfast and lunch during the cruise. We will sail up the Schelde/Escaut and cross the border between Belgium and the Netherlands. Then through the Kreekak and Volkerak locks. We will finally enter the Holland Diep (inland sea) before reaching Rotterdam at around 4.00pm. This is a day steeped in the sailing experience. Dinner and an evening's entertainment on board. Overnight stopover.
DAY 4: ROTTERDAM - AMSTERDAM
Morning sailing to Utrecht.

DAY 5: AMSTERDAM
In the morning, optional excursion: Amsterdam. This tour will give you an overview of the many historical riches and curiosities of the Dutch capital. A fascinating and dynamic city where the old and the new coexist harmoniously, Amsterdam is a city rich in history, art and culture, where every street corner holds a surprise. It is during a boat trip on the picturesque canals classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site that you can admire the very particular architecture with the many narrow gabled houses, the 17th century mansions, or all these magnificent bridges that span the canals and offer an extraordinary urban landscape.
Free afternoon OR optional excursion : Volendam and Zaanse Schans. Departure by coach with your guide for Volendam, a charming fishing village on the banks of the Ijsselmeer where the inhabitants are sometimes still dressed in traditional costumes. You will visit a cheese factory (in Volendam or its surroundings) to discover the manufacture of the famous round Dutch cheese: Gouda. Available in several flavors and ages, you will have the opportunity to taste it. Then drive to Zaanse Schans, an open-air museum. From 1950, regional buildings, dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, were moved and grouped here, to form a village on the banks of the Zaan. Discover the manufacture of the famous Dutch wooden clogs and their history dating back to the year 1200. This excursion will allow you to discover authentic Holland and its traditions.

DAY 6: AMSTERDAM
Breakfast on board. Disembarkation around 9.00am. Coach transfer back to Brussels.
