In Traben-Trarbach, once one of the most important wine trading towns in Europe, you will encounter a place full of Art Nouveau architecture, elegant riverside promenades and historic charm. The town invites you to take a leisurely stroll through its history. Continue to Bernkastel-Kues, which impresses with its winding alleyways, romantic half-timbered houses and traditional wineries. Here you can enjoy the Moselle with all your senses - with a glass of regional Riesling, a walk along the banks or a visit to the historic castle ruins.
In Cochem, one of the highlights of the trip, the majestic Reichsburg Castle rises high above the river valley. From here, you can enjoy an unforgettable panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards and the historic old town, which invites you to linger with its small cafés, wine taverns and boutiques.

Koblenz already impresses with its unique location at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle rivers. The first port of call when visiting the city should therefore also be the so-called "German Corner" with its imposing Kaiser Wilhelm monument. Since 2002, it has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Upper Middle Rhine Valley". A beautiful view of Koblenz and its two rivers opens up during a visit to Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. The small wine town of Traben-Trarbach is located directly on the Moselle River in a beautiful valley. Surrounded by numerous vineyards, it is one of the most beautiful places in the area, romantic, quaint and modern. In addition to wine tasting and a boat trip on the Moselle, you can take a hike to Grevenburg Castle, a ruin high up on the mountain, but the Buddha Museum should also be on your itinerary. A medieval marketplace adorns the center of the small town and the bridge gate is also one of the ancient relics.

The included excursion offered is - Cochem: Bundesbank bunker --- experience a Bank secret back in time! - our journey begins with a ride in minivans up to the castle hill, where the Reichsburg Cochem towers above the town — one of the most impressive castles in the Moselle Valley. Upon arrival, you'll dive into the castle’s history during a guided tour. Built in the 11th century, the castle offers a glimpse into medieval life. Learn intriguing details about the castle’s strategic importance and its eventful past, from its destruction to its reconstruction in the 19th century. The beautiful town of Treis-Karden is located directly on the Moselle in one of Germany's most beautiful regions. It is particularly well-known among holidaymakers and hikers for its proximity to Eltz Castle. However, if you do not have enough time for a hike, you can also discover many exciting sights within the town: for example, you can pay a visit to Maria Engelport Monastery and attend mass or even concerts. You can also visit the chapel or the so-called Lourdes Grotto. It is also worth visiting the church of St. Castor, known as the Mosel Cathedral, as well as the fountain of the same name and its sculpture.
Around 1900, the Art Nouveau town of Traben-Trarbach ranked among Europe’s most important wine trading hubs — second only to Bordeaux. Thanks to the soaring international demand for Riesling, especially from Britain and overseas markets, over 100 wine merchants established their businesses here, triggering a rapid expansion of the town’s wine cellar infrastructure.
What makes Traben-Trarbach truly unique is its extensive underground world: vast, multi-level cellar vaults stretching over 100 meters long beneath the city’s surface — unmatched anywhere else along the Moselle.
